What type of schemes will we fund?

Credential will fund all types of residential development with a projected income of over £2m.

This could be a steading conversion development, new build houses or even a large scale new build flatted development. Unlike many other funders, our in house commercial experience also allows us to fund mixed use schemes of any size.

How does it work?

We will set up a new joint venture company, owned equally, and provide 100% finance to enable the residential development to be completed in accordance with our agreed plan.

The development will be marketed in the name of your company and unless requested we will not add our details to any of the marketing literature. This means that the public see this as your development allowing you to set up or continue to promote your own brand awareness.
