London and Scottish Property Management Limited is the in-house property management arm of Credential Holdings providing a full compliment of property management services to the Credential Group of companies.

The services provided include financial accounting and management incorporating the demanding and collection of rental income and credit control thereof and the management of service charge income and expenditure to include annual budgeting and year end service charge reconciliations.

London and Scottish Property Management Limited also undertake a comprehensive asset management service adding value by way of lease restructuring/re-gearing, negotiation of rent reviews/break options, etc. as well as  the repair, maintenance and refurbishment of the Group's property assets.

 Building staff are directly employed in-house. Management and supervision of contractors is also provided to ensure property assets are maintained in a first class condition at all times.

The overiding management philosophy is to work closely and responsively with the Group’s customers (tenants) to provide immediate and where necessary creative solutions to their requirements and business needs.
