A chartered surveyor, joined the Credential Board in October 2007 having worked closely with the Group over the past 15 years.

Stephen has 20 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, for the majority of this time with an emphasis in value creation specialising in investment and asset management. After gaining experience with some of the country's largest firms of property consultants both in Scotland and in London, he subsequently established what has grown to become Scotland's largest niche commercial property investment and asset management consultancy.

He is responsible for all commercial property aspects of the Group
