Jonathan set up Credential Residential Finance in 2003 and is leading the growth of the residential business from a turnover of £4m to a development portfolio value now in excess of £50m.

After qualifying as an Accountant in 1994 he joined Morrison Homes and held the position of Company Accountant during major expansion of the business. 1999 saw him taking up the challenge of managing the Scottish operation of Morrison Residential Investments, in particular the disposal of a portfolio of property in the Scottish Borders.

During the next three years the business expanded from 8 developments to over 30 in the central belt of Scotland culminating in his appointment as Director in 2002
