CREDENTIAL SWING IN FINAL LETTING AT THE POINT

Credential has secured the final letting, Jurassic Jungle, a new indoor adventure play centre, at its retail and trade park, The Point, at Port Dundas in Hamilton Hill, Glasgow.

A franchise business, Jurassic Jungle is the first to open in Glasgow. The play centre will occupy 440m2 in an agreement priced at £6.00 per square foot for a period of 25 years, with a break at year 20.

The Point is just over a mile from the city centre and occupies a landmark position on the corner of Saracen Street and Possil Road. Visitor parking and pedestrian access is to the front of the building whilst commercial access is to the rear. Existing tenants include Euro Car Parts, Howden Joinery and Jet Set Saddlery.

Situated on the corner of Saracen Street and Possil Road, The Point occupies a landmark location and has been developed by Credential Property to create a retail and trade counter estate spanning 190,000 sq ft. Existing tenants include the UK’s largest Cantonese restaurant and the city’s largest oriental cash and carry, along with Euro Car Parts, Howden Joinery and Jet Set Saddlery.

Credential currently owns and manages a substantial portfolio of investment properties, valued in excess of £240m, which includes over 1.4m sq.ft. of retail, commercial and leisure space and £30m of residential property currently under development.
