Returned to Credential Holdings in April 2003. Responsible for the development of new commercial business and the carrying through of the letting process from inception to completion including guiding tenants through space design, warrant procedure, procurement and fit out elements.

Altogether 27 years of commercial property experience in management, marketing and letting starting in the late 70’s with London based Higgs & Hill Group followed by Skillion, Allied London and Elphinstone Groups.

Involved in the development, marketing and letting of a number of major schemes, including Glasgow’s SkyPark, CityPark and Pentagon Centre.
