Joined Credential in Spring 2003 and has built a group of key professionals to manage all aspects of acquisition, development, marketing and management of property.

From a Scottish Chartered Accountant background, gained early experience of light engineering and manufacturing, followed by 13 years with a major UK Civil / Structural / Multi-Disciplinary practice, ultimately as Deputy Chief Executive.

Since the late 1990's Derek has facilitated a significant acquisition and sale for a principal leisure marine distribution company and implemented their new IT and distribution systems; and was Finance Director and Club Secretary for a Premier League Football club.
