Joined Credential in October 2003.  Responsible for all aspects of property and asset management to include lease renewals and restructuring, rent review and dilapidations,  the management of income/credit control and property service charges, tenant liaison & development and the repair, refurbishment and improvement of property assets. 

Prior to joining Credential, Andrew was an Associate Director with CB Richard Ellis, Glasgow where his relationship with Credential commenced in 1994 by way of the management of The Legal Services Centre, Charing Cross and The Point, Hamiltonhill.
