Credential was formed in 1982 to establish a portfolio for investment and property development as well as trading and over the years have extended into telecoms, material processing and car parking.

Credential’s property division has been particularly successful over the years in developing properties where imagination and flair have been a pre-requisite to obtaining the best finished results and in satisfying both tenants’ aspirations and the Company’s own investment returns.

Credential have now built up an expert team with a multi-disciplinary approach allowing them to deal internally with almost all aspects of the development from conception, through funding and acquisition, to marketing, letting and managing the property for both tenants’ and landlord’s benefit. Credential offers an individual approach in an increasingly uniform market with the objective of satisfying the tenants’ requirements first and foremost.
